How to book your accommodation
Directly by telephone or postal letter to the owners whose details we will communicate to you. At the time of booking, please indicate precisely the number of people in your booking. Demand a rental contract in duplicate; each one of these must be signed by the owner and the tenant. Also ask for a description of the state of the accommodation and an inventory. These will be required in the event of legal dispute. The charges (water, electricity, gas, etc) are often included in the price: check this with the owner and ask for a breakdown of the charges you will have to pay. Bookings are only definite once a deposit has been paid (usually 25% of the amount of the rental). The owner has the right to ask you for a refundable deposit; this amount is not regulated. It will be reimbursed, following deduction for any damages or losses you may have caused and which have been noted in agreement with the owner.
TOURIST TAX

On the initiative of the Fédération Nationale des Offices de Tourisme et Syndicats d’Initiative (National Federation of Tourist Offices). It guarantees that the Bed and Breakfast Accommodation provides a certain number of criteria related to comfort, hygiene and safety, following the visit of a technician from the Tourist Office concerned.
