Take advantage of the experience and the knowledge of the qualified guides who introduce you to snowshoe walks during a half-day or a day. They are really familiar with out-of-the-way paths, animal tracks and some unforgettable views!

Snowshoeing on the Nordic spaces
On the Issarbe and La Pierre Saint Martin cross country ski territories, you can snowshoe on the trails. Discover at your pace the mugho pines and the peace and quiet of the woods...
Link between La Pierre Saint Martin resort and the Nordic space of La Pierre Saint Martin.
There is a trail that meets up the Nordic space from the resort and that you can only follow with snowshoes. It starts near the “Les Palombes” run; follow the tracks to discover the 16 miles of trails that this cross-skiing area offers. You can buy your ski passes at the main ticket office.
The pleasures of gliding with the “tandem ski”
From 7 to 80, you have never had the opportunity or never dared to ski? Do not hesitate anymore!
From the “Boulevard des Pyrénées” to the red runs, a ESF (French Ski School) instructor will take the control of this wonderful device and make you discover the skiing area safely at the speed you wish.

Sledging
La Pierre St Martin has two areas especially laid out so that you can discover the joys of sledging in complete safety. The first run is near the ticket office ; and the other one is on the Soudet plateau, 1 kilometre before the resort.
There is also a nice wide sledge run in. Issarbe.
