Exhibition on mountain flora

In July and August at la Pierre Saint-Martin (near the Tourist Office). This exhibition has almost 300 flowers on show and finishes with a video of this delightful exhibition. Free admission.

Haroun Tazieff Centre

In 1952, H. Tazieff filmed the speleological discoveries made by a team that included Norbert Casteret, Georges Lépineux and then witnessed the tragic accident that cost Marcel Loubens his life. He chronicled his experiences in a book, "Le gouffre de la Pierre Saint-Martin" [translated as "The Caves of Adventure"], which is a revelation. At la Pierre Saint-Martin (near the Tourist Office), the centre’s information panels illustrate the underground cave networks of la Pierre Saint-Martin. Free admission.
